Kate came to Bosence Farm from a business background, with a record of achievement in formulating and implementing strategic plans to enhance business growth. She has significant expertise in various disciplines including company operations, strategy creation and execution, marketing and PR, relationship development, finance/budget control and developing a culture of continuous improvement.
Jeremy has been with us since 2010 as Manager. He oversees the operations of all 3 of our services and is the Registered Manager.
Jeremy has been working in Health and Social Care since 1991 mostly working with the homeless, and people with mental health and/or substance misuse problems. He qualified as a Social Worker through Sheffield University in 1996. He has managed services for over 20 years and has experience of managing both community and residential services. He has extensive experience of CQC standards and regulation having managed registered services since 1998.
Gary joined us in 2018 as a Nurse and in early 2020 became our Clinical Lead. Graduating BSc Adult Nursing in 2015 from The University of Worcester, he then spent a few years working in multiple Emergency Departments and Acute Medical units before specialising in substance misuse. Gary became the alcohol link nurse at Royal Cornwall Hospital, assisting with the integration of the alcohol liaison team into the Emergency Department and developed great professional links which are now strongly utilised in his role with Bosence.
Business Development Manager
Tom joined us in 2019 as a Business Development Manager. He has over 10 years’ experience working for organisations providing inpatient treatment for individuals suffering from addictions. In his role he is responsible for developing relationships with stakeholders and will support Bosence in achieving its vision to be recognised nationally as a centre of excellence for residential addiction treatment. He has expertise in tender writing, contract management and marketing.
