Part time Horticultural Project Leader

Salary – £16,500pa,   32 hrs per week
One year fixed term contract

Bosence Farm’s land covers approaching 20 acres consisting of permanent pasture, community amenity areas, trees and shrubs, and an untouched area of wet woodland leading to a river.

This is a very exciting new role for a Project Leader to design and deliver a therapeutic horticultural plan, and site maintenance, for the benefit of our Service Users, staff and other organisations.

The ideal candidate will need to be able to:

  • work very self-sufficiently
  • See all the potential there is here and design and implement this project
  • work with our fundraiser to bid for funding
  • work with other organisations locally, including primary schools and other horticultural projects
  • work with residents and volunteers

Nurses

Inpatient Detoxification, Stabilisation and Assessment Service
Salary range: £27,252.89 – £29,673.42 per year (pro rata)

We are seeking 2 Registered Nurses (RGN/RMN qualification) – 1 x full time and 1 x part time – to deliver client centred nursing interventions for people with drug and alcohol addiction.  We offer either stabilisation or detoxification depending on client need.   Nurses provide 24-hour cover at Boswyns in shifts of 12.5 hours (08:00-20:30 and 20:00-08:30).

We are currently looking for relief Nursing Staff to deliver nursing interventions for people with addictions requiring stabilisation or detoxification.

You will be providing 24 hour cover in shifts of 12.5 hours.

The post requires an enhanced DBS check.

Youth / Support Worker (Bank / Sessional)

Salary range: £9 per hour

We are currently looking for individuals with a genuine interest in young people. You must have the ability to forge good relationships with complex young people receiving treatment whilst maintaining appropriate boundaries.  Providing round the clock cover on a rota basis and delivering holistic support to young people. Must have full clean driving licence.

RELIEF RESIDENTIAL SUPPORT WORKERS

Would you like to gain experience of working with people with addictions? We have opportunities for relief support workers in both our inpatient detoxification and our 12 step residential rehab services. Providing practical and emotional support to service users.

Some experience of drug and alcohol treatment would be an advantage. Certain posts require lone working. A full, clean driving licence is essential (plus Category D1 [minibus] for our rehab service).

These posts require an enhanced DBS check.
