Bosence provides structured residential rehabilitation using the 12 Steps Model. There are fourteen individual bedrooms and shared communal areas. The programme includes group work, individual sessions, key working, yoga, creative activities, Equine Assisted Psychotherapy and Learning, and 24 hour staff cover. Boswyns provides residential detoxification, stabilisation and comprehensive assessment (inpatient service). There is no specific ideaology in the programme. There are 15 individual en suite bedrooms and shared communal areas. The programme includes group work, individual sessions, key working, yoga, acupuncture, creative activities and 24 hour staff cover including nursing. Treatment is overseen by a medical officer supported by a consultant psychiatrist in addictions. Placements can be purchased for stays between 2 and 6 weeks.
